Energizing Beet Smoothie with Raspberries and Chia Seeds

Ingredients
160g (or about 1 cup) pre-cooked beets, chopped
the juice of a large orange, about 90ml (or ⅓ cup + 2 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
200g (or about 1½ cups) frozen raspberries
100g (or about ¾ cup) fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
50g (or 3 tablespoons) low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of water, hot or cold
Instructions
Add the beets, the orange juice and the chia seeds to a blender. Mix until completely smooth. Add the berries, the yogurt and the water. Mix until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into two serving glasses, top with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle with some more chia seeds. Serve immediately.
