Homemade Self-Raising Flour

- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 4½ teaspoons of baking powder, preferably double-acting
- ¾ teaspoons of table salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
