500ml (1 pint) raspberry sorbet, store bought or homemade
a handful of fresh raspberries (optional)
Instructions
hours before serving, place the wine, vodka and 4 champagne glasses (or other pretty glasses) in the fridge to chill thoroughly. The sorbet can be kept in the freezer. Right before serving, combine the wine, vodka and raspberry sorbet in a food processor or large blender. Blitz into a smooth cocktail. Divide the drink over the 4 chilled glasses and add a few fresh raspberries to each glass. Serve immediately.
