Homemade Self-Raising Flour

Yields a little over 3 cups of self-raising flour.
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 4½ teaspoons of baking powder, preferably double-acting
  • ¾ teaspoons of table salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
