So easy.
So cute.
Very rustic!
I don’t like using cupcake liners for muffins. And the only muffin cups I have ever fell in love with only came by the thousand, and I thought that was a little excessive. Besides, I didn’t even like those better than these! They’re so cool! I think all muffins should be served in these rustic, down-to-earth kinda cups!
Muffins are just way too tough to be served in happy, colorful cupcake liners.
And the good news is, you can make them yourself!
Start by cutting 12-cm (5-inch) squares of baking parchment…
… then press each square down into a muffin cup.
Place something heavy in each cup to keep the parchment down until you’re ready to fill the cups. An apple works great!
When your muffin batter is ready, just remove one apple and spoon the batter into the muffin cup. The heavy batter will replace the heavy apple, pressing the parchment down into the cup.
Repeat with the other muffin cups.
Fast, elegant and fun!
The perfect wrapper for a tough kinda treat like a muffin!
