Hey guys, just wanted to let you know: it’s been a week since my last recipe post and I had meant to post another one – yes, the recipe for that ridiculously looking salted dulce de leche brownie – today, but I’m having a bit of an off day. As in: accidentally dropping plates, almost breaking my left pinky toe on the door post and tripping over Lucy who is, as always, trying her utmost best to get as much in my way as possible. I know it’s because she loooooves me and because she’s the cutest dog ever, but still… It’s not always convenient.
To make matters worse, I just took this test, and guess what? Apparently I’m a bit like that horrible witch from Harry Potter, Umbridge! Yugh… Needless to say, I’m now undergoing a severe identity crisis that calls for large quantities of chocolate, strawberry tea and cuddles.
